Discover Bart luggage storage

The online photo bellows us identify the bass drop business. The two guys inside were friendly and efficient. It sure was nice to wander the rest of the day in San Francisco without all those heavy bags!

Friendly hassle-free service. Baggages were stored safely.

Perfect location

Convenient location and friendly staff made drop off/pick up a breeze. Items were placed in a locked room and I left feeling my items were secure.

It was safe and trustworthy. Dropping off and picking up items was convenient. It was even better because they were kind.

Easy drop off easy pickup

It was amazing, the staff is very nice and helpful! 😊

We picked up the bags before 9 pm. No issues

Great and easy experience! The location was easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful and familiar with Bounce. They marked my bags with a ticket and put them in a secure location.

Convenient drop off and pick up with bellhop.

Amazing. Very nice people and easy process.

It was amazing! I left my luggage for almost 9 days here in SF. Staff there was super friendly, even allowed me to use their weighing scale to weigh my bags. Would def try out bounce again

Excellent location. Well-done service. Feels safe.

Shopkeeper is the kindest! Please also buy from his shop when you drop off or pick up

Depositing and withdrawing was very easy and fast. Thank you.

The location was ideal, they received the luggage without any problems, and everything was in order when I picked it up.

We visited San Francisco for the first time, and our flight was leaving at midnight. While checking out, we looked for a place to store our luggage, and we couldn't have found a better option than through this app. Everything was wonderful for our belongings. They were safely stored by a lovely family inside this supermarket, which also serves delicious breakfasts.

Very nice service, fast and reliable

Professional and Safe keeping of our luggage! I was a little nervous to use this service at first but it was amazing. We simply booked online, showed up showed our booking, left our bags, and pick up was simple. The person even helped with directions to BART. As an added bonus we were even able to purchase a couple food/drink items upon pick up so it was perfect. I would highly recommend storing with Bounce and Market Mayflower & Deli.

The first drop off location rejected my bags claiming they did not offer luggage storage. Bounce was able to offer a credit and discount on an alternative location which I had to locate myself. Thankfully another bounce location nearby was able to take my bags. This would have been a 5 star experience if bounce better their sites to avoid it in the first place or if they could call ahead and find the alternative for me.

The folks here are super-nice and the process is speedy and efficient.

The shop staff were great and efficient. Fast drop off and collection. Area was a little sketchy on the way there - recommendation to stay aware of your surroundings at all times.

Friendly, professional staff and convenient location a short walk from Powell Street BART station. Will definitely use same location in the future. Thank you!

Was easy to get there, and all the process very smooth with the QR

They secured the bag behind the counter where it is only accessible by the staff. The area is a bit sketchy but it was fine, especially coming from the market street side.
