Excellent location, just a few meters from the Campanhã bus terminal, and attentive staff for storing your belongings. I recommend it!

Very easy, convenient to Porto TIC, about 100m up the road. All went smoothly.

We had a group of 5 and needed luggage storage for several hours. This place was listed on Google. It was very close to the train station across the street. The only downside was we had to carry our bags upstairs but that wasn’t really a problem for us but it may be if you have mobility issues. We felt our bags were safely secured in the hostel. Friendly staff.

Excellent service! Very friendly and accommodating. We came in a day early, just before close, and we were able to pick up our suitcase no problem. Would definitely recommend! Nice and close to the Campanhã station.

It would have been nice if the details about location made it clear that it is near the station. I thought it was in the station since it stated “Campanhã Station.” Hard to locate at first.

The luggage storage is on the first floor, so it's a little difficult to lift the luggage.

The luggage storage is up a tall staircase. This makes drop off and pick up very difficult. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere but this was close to my Airbnb apartment. The staff member at the shop was helpful which is why I gave you 4 stars.

To have a luggage storage on the second floor is quite hard when your bags are heavy. You have to go up to drop off and then bring down when you pick up. Not ideal. Otherwise, your staff member was helpful. Thank you.
