I noticed the gentleman left my bag behind his counter when I dropped off and when i picked up. I'm sure he was there 95% of the time but i'd feel more safe if it was in a locked storage room.

Perfect, the place is easily accessible, just follow the directions! I didn't stress about my suitcases, they were well kept!

Weird bathroom downstairs in what felt like a crypt but fine space!

Just an open room where guests pick up themselves, felt strange rather than trusting the employee to do so. Anyone can walk in and potentially take someone else’s luggage.

We dropped our bags at Hotel St. Denis so we could continue exploring Montreal before our evening flight. Their service was friendly and efficient, and we felt our bags were secure while in their storage room. We'd definitely use this service again.

Little difficult to find as on Rue Notre Dame the no of the building 84 and not 507 ..507 was at the other entrance and it took as sometime to understand that..maybe the instructions on how to find it can be clearer . Apart from that everything else was great :)

Not very easy to find but once you check your bag in exploration becomes so much easier. Decent rates, staff was very nice and helpful. I would use Bounce Luggage again without a blink.

Awesome staff and everything is behind a locked door, each bag tagged and checked before you leave. Staff is so kind and accommodating. The store is also full of great travel items and we picked up a few things before we left. Highly recommend. Very friendly and very secure.
