The storage is inside a tea shop. There’s no lockers which may feel a bit off. However, no problems and very friendly staff.

The boss is very nice. After shopping, I came back to pick up my luggage and asked the boss to use the toilet. The boss was very willing to lend it to me. The luggage storage is on the second floor, so I need to move it.

Bounce provides a great service to travelers. We had a late flight and had to check out of our hotel early. Bounce provided a luggage storage option prior to our departure.

It wasn't easy to find, being located on the fourth floor of a large shopping mall. I was able to find it with the help of a security guard inside the building. Initially, I was a bit confused because it was a pop-up store, but the friendly staff helped me check in my luggage and pick it up after my tour. It was a great experience, and I plan to visit again.

The mall is so large that finding a place wasn't easy. There's a storage area inside the PubUp store. There are guards stationed throughout, so asking is quick. The staff were friendly, and they even labeled my luggage with a number, took a photo, and uploaded it to the app. It was a great experience. I'd love to use it again.

I didn't have any issues; the delivery and collection of my suitcase was quite pleasant. The staff were quite friendly, and the malt wasn't damaged, scratched, or anything... My experience was quite good, and in terms of price, it was one of the best options I found.

The location is good, close to KL Sentral, and the owner is a nice person. If you're looking to leave your child here, I think this is the only place to go.

I really liked the service here, but if you have another flight to catch, be careful and collect your luggage in advance. I actually missed my flight because of the heavy traffic around the area. We booked a Grab and thought we had enough time, but didn’t expect the holiday rush on a Saturday night in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. You know what i mean.
