Very kind, everything was perfect

The location was convenient for us both during arrival and departure. The staff was friendly and helpful and the shop is full of unique locally crafted souvenirs and art.

Great service and friendly staff Just to let others know the storage is inside the shop at number 31, a large blue door with number on it, go to the till and show your reference email Was easy to find and use

Very handy luggage storage , a 2min walk from Brussels central train station. Staff were lovely and a interesting shop also

Great service and help with trains, very obliging although a sign in the window saying it’s bounce as well would be good,

Great service, friendly storekeeper!

A very simple process. The staff is super friendly and inspires a lot of confidence. Everything was perfect, thank you.

Very near the central station. Friendly staff and super easy drop off and pick up!

Everything was perfect. It's right in the city center, so it's ideal for making the most of your last few hours in Brussels.

Fit for purpose, no complaints, would use again. The staff in manneke were lovely and an interesting little shop.

Great service. Fast and reliable.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find and in a great location.

The storage facility is located inside a souvenir shop, so it's not automatic. If the shopkeeper goes out for lunch, you'll have to wait for him to return for your bags. Even if you're in a hurry, you'll have to wait for him to serve the shop's customers.

I felt really safe giving it in to this place. The man was so friendly and welcoming, he put my mind at ease! Definitely would use again

The owner was very kind and helpful. The suitcases were perfect.

The location is very central and easy to find!

Really easy to use!

Great. Excellent location. Easy, available, efficient.

Really friendly service, no issues checking in and picking up. Would use this location again

Drop off and pick up were super easy!

Super friendly contact, safe option for leaving luggage near the main train station.

Would not leave my luggage anywhere else! Right on the city center and luggage stays extremelly safe and looked after. Thank you “Hotel The Moon” for everything! ☺️
