- First of all, this place is located in a 5 mins walking distance from the airport bus stops A1 (to terminal 1) and A2 (to terminal 2). So it’s very convenient. The process was very smooth. I quickly bought the service online, then entered into the market (which was very easy to find thanks to the blue Bounce sign outside), showed the code that was generated for me, took a photo of some tag with a unique number they’ve provided and another of my luggage. That was it. Then when I got back, I showed these and got my luggage back in a minute. I would definitely use it again.

I was able to make changes to the pickup time several times, and there was no extra charge. When I returned that evening to pick up my suitcase, it was intact, everything inside, just as I had left it (even though I had left it without a security lock). Excellent service.
